2- The accepted papers will have the opportunity to be published in either IEEE Xplore, Journal of Advanced Science and Technology Trends (JASTT), 0r Science Journal of University of Zakho (SJUOZ)

3- In order for the paper to be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore, the authors MUST:

clear the all the payments before the conference date (23 December. 2020);

present the paper in the conference (absence of presenter could not guarantee the publication in IEEE Xplore, you may appoint a representative in case of emergency)
